Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup hot water
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream

Instructions:

  1. In a medium saucepan, whisk together the cocoa powder, sugar, and salt.

  2. Add the hot water and whisk until smooth.
